Technology - Online Ordering...

Tracz & Associates offers a comprehensive audit ordering system which allows customers to enter and submit audit orders online. Secure online ordering is available after logging into our customer accessable audit management system.


The online ordering system allows our customers to fill out an online form with the pertinent information for each insured. This data is then automatically entered into our database and assigned to an auditor in the geographic location.

Tracz & Associates can also accept audit requests from customers in a variety of other methods. This include, but is not limited to:

  • Paper assignments via US Postal Service / UPS / FedEx.
  • PDF's or other digital images of audit requests submitted via email.
  • Hyperlinks to online audit assignments.
  • Mulitple assignments via spreadsheets or other digital files.

Our IT department will work with our customers to determine the easiest and most efficient manner to receive new audit assignments.
