Our experienced audit staff will contact the insured through various means (phone, mail, email, fax) to secure an audit appointment. During the onsite visit, the auditor will:

• Review all pertinent financial records (payroll, sales, P&L, etc).
• Discuss & inspect the operations of the insured.
• Verify all employee job duties to ensure proper classification.
• Classify the insured's operations to appropriate code.
• Reconcile audit results to Federal / State tax filings.
• Apply appropriate NCCI and/or state rules.
• Review audit results with the insured.
